Prescription Medical Filters

 

The chart above shows the spectrum of filters we can achieve.  The colors noted on the sides represent our most popular filters:   Corning CPF® and NoIR equivalents.  Most are available in Variable Tint (Photochromic) and many darker filters are available with polarization.

    

Our Variable Tint (VT) and Filter Vision (FV) products are available in plastic as well as polycarbonate and a variety of high index materials.  We do not offer glass.   

     

Also available:  high-adds, trifocals, sphere powers exceeding ±20 cylinders, ±10 high power prisms, (up to and exceeding 20Δ) laminates, myodiscs and higher indexes.

 

Prescription glass lenses and low vision are a combination that should be avoided.

Other Medical Filter products

Rx-able clip-ons  incorporating filters offer patients versatility under a variety of lighting conditions. 

 Side shields, color-matched to lens filters  offer additional glare protection.
